What your payment includes: Transportation from Nashville area, food while camping, use of camping/hiking equipment and campsite or cabin* fees. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, we will send you a list of what you need to bring (boots, clothing, etc.). If a trip must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, etc.) we will reschedule the trip or issue a refund. *Cabin size may restrict sleeping arrangements. You may have to share a bedroom and possibly a bed. |
